The Onassis Stegi organized a series of workshops at schools based on the programme “Studios of Creation” initiated by the Center Pompidou and Ircam in Paris. In the workshops participated more than 80 students from vocational high schools of Athens and Thessaloniki in Greece.
Museum educators, curators and musicians helped the students build a bridge between contemporary art and new music within a period of 3 months. The students explored the contemporary artworks in two visits and then in three sessions in their school, they composed their own unique musical pieces.
