Lorusso Gioulia
Born in Rome in 1990, Giulia Lorusso studied Piano and Composition at Conservatory ‘G.Verdi’ in Milan, where she graduated in 2014 under the supervision of Alessandro Solbiati. She then continued her studies in Paris, where she attended the Cursus IRCAM (Hèctor Parra supervisor) and a she obteined Master’s degree in Composition at the CNSMDP, in Frédéric Durieux and Luis Naon’s classes. Her music has been performed in Italy and abroad: Festival Milano Musica, Festival Manifeste-IRCAM, Tzlil Meudcan Festival (Tel Aviv), Bludenzer Tage zeitgemäßer Musik, Forum Tactus for young composers (Bruxelles) by ensemble as Distractfold Ensemble, Quartetto Prometeo, Divertimento Ensemble, Ex-Novo Ensemble, Ensemble Nikel, Brussels Philharmonic Orchestra, Ensemble Intercontemporain.
